Main features
Flat screen type: flat panel televisions use the plasma or LCD technology. LCD displays use liquid crystals, which are optical shutters and are used to control the amount of light that passes through the fine screen. The resulting colours are vivid and realistic. LCD displays are commonly used for ovens microwave, calculators and computers, and overheads (up to 153 cm) and televisions with cathode-ray tube (between 25 and 76 cm). Plasma screens use a complex system of gas-based on them. They offer two major benefits: a clear picture and a flat design that allows to put the device on the wall or on a support. Plasma TVs are equipped with very large screens (between 106 and 160 cm).LED
